Build Id: 4.5.0_RC2_574.RHEL4-20070107131132 and
zimbra-isync-4.5.0_RC2_573.MACOSXx86.dmg

Description:  
a. The machine on which Zimbra Webmail client is running is in PST time zone.
b. Zimbra server is in IST time zone.
c. Mac is in IST time zone (i.e. Webmail client and iCal are in different time
zones)
If a recurring/non recurring appointment is created in Zimbra Webmail client and
then synced to iCal, the appointment in the iCal shows time same as in the
Zimbra Webmail client.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to webmail client.
2. Create an appointment.
3. Using the iSync connector, sync the calendar to iCal.
4. View the time of the appointment.

Expected: The appointment in iCal should show time as per the time zone of Mac
(here IST)

Actual: The appointment in iCal show time same as that of the Webmail client 
(here PST)

Reproducibility: Always
